Da geht es vom bekannten "Es ist ein Ros entsprungen" über Sizilien ("O sanctissima" - "O du fröhliche") nach Trinidad und von der Gregorianik über die Renaissance bis zur Weihnachtsmotette vom Thomaskantor Erhard Mauersberger (1903-1982). "In adventu Domini" enthält Advents- und Weihnachtssätze aus über einem halben Jahrtausend, darunter echte Perlen, die es nicht nur allein dadurch sind, dass sie auf keiner anderen Weihnachts-CD zu finden sind. Und natürlich begeistert das Vokalensemble amarcord aus Leipzig wieder mit seinem unvergleichlichen Sound! |
